I'm afraid the Loan Wolves are still recovering from the heavy softball weekend of a week ago....I'll try my best to keep quiet and not annoy the LW's too much... shhhhh...
p.s. plus Gobby is away in Sri Lanka....no wonder it's quiet :-)
It was very hard work - I never thought I would actually be able to run for such a long time. Despite being advised not to run (due to my new "softball" related injury) I finally managed to complete the full 10 miles in just over 1:47. Next stop - half marathon! Wish me luck...
